The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for partnering with hiring managers to ensure the recruitment, selection and on-boarding activities are actioned to assist in meeting staffing and recruitment objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Partnering with hiring managers to ensure that all staffing requirements are addressed and managed
Attending job briefings and writing subsequent position descriptions and advertisements
Responsible for end to end recruitment and selection activities for Field Force and/or Head Office roles including the placement of online advertisements, screening applications, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, reference checking, job offers and candidate feedback
Managing and updating talent pool
Providing internal teams, client teams and retail operations team with regular updates
Ensuring that relevant approval forms are completed and received prior to recruitment commencement
Producing Letters of Offer and associated employment onboarding paperwork and ensure records are accurate at all times
Assisting with onboarding program, including induction emails, internal communication to the wider business about the new starters.
Producing accurate weekly/monthly reporting related to recruitment activity and other related projects, including maintenance of relevant excel tracking sheets
Act as the main point of contact for enquiries from the general public regarding Field Force and HQ expat employment opportunities
Provide other People & Culture support, including social initiatives, and general administration
Participate and lead any recruitment-related projects as required
Description
About You
2-3 years’ experience with end-to-end recruitment in either media creative agency or in-house recruitment
Experience with high volume recruitment
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field required
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and attending to recruiting needs and demands

Ability to research and build recruitment strategies for clients considering geographic needs, role requirements and overall business strategy
Experience in both specialist and high volume recruitment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
