Emails and Communications
By signing up, you agree to receive emails from us, including job alerts, service updates, and construction industry news. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or your account settings. We will continue to send essential transactional emails (receipts, security notices, application confirmations) while your account is active.

- Stripe, our payment processor payment details go directly to Stripe and are never collected or stored by us Regulatory or legal authorities where required by law
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your data for purposes unrelated to hiring, recruitment, or construction industry updates.
6. Employer Access and Forwarding to Employer Systems
Where job seekers apply for roles or make their profile visible, the receiving employer acts as an independent data controller and is responsible for its own compliance with privacy laws.
Applications may be forwarded to external systems. Some employers use third-party Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment software. When you apply, your application may be transmitted directly into the employer's ATS or external platform. From that point, the employer's own privacy policy and terms govern your data. We recommend you review the employer's privacy policy and terms before applying, as their data handling practices are outside our control.
7. Job Distribution and Publishing Networks
To increase the reach of job listings, jobs posted on the Website may be republished or syndicated to third-party job boards, aggregators, and multi-platform publishing networks.
Where a job seeker applies via a partner platform, that platform's own privacy policy will also apply to data collected on it. We will update this Privacy Policy to identify specific distribution partners as we join these networks.
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
