We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join on a minimum four-month contract, with potential to extend, and commence by 11 August 2026. This role will provide dedicated recruitment support for a significant Marketing transformation and a high volume of priority hires across brand, growth, retail direct, B2B, customer lifecycle, marketing operations, PR, content, creative and digital disciplines.
Working closely with senior Marketing leaders and the Talent Acquisition team, you will own end-to end recruitment delivery across multiple concurrent vacancies. You will combine hands-on sourcing and process management with confident stakeholder partnership, helping the business move quickly while maintaining hiring quality, an inclusive process and a strong candidate experience.
Role Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of concurrent Marketing vacancies, from role briefing and sourcing through to offer acceptance.
- Partner with senior Marketing stakeholders and CMO to clarify priorities, challenge role requirements where needed and agree practical hiring plans.
- Develop talent pipelines and proactively engage candidates across specialist Marketing disciplines.
- Manage recruitment activity at pace, identifying delivery risks early and recommending clear actions to keep priority hires progressing.
- Run structured, inclusive assessment processes and provide evidence- based hiring recommendations.
- Deliver a responsive and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout each process.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, references, offers and pre- employment steps with relevant internal teams.
- Use external recruitment agencies selectively and manage their performance where specialist support is required.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and provide concise reporting on pipeline health, progress, risks and hiring outcomes.
Key skills and experience
Must-haves
- Demonstrated end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience, including direct sourcing and offer management.
- Experience recruiting Marketing, digital, creative, communications or closely related specialist roles.
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent vacancies while maintaining quality and pace.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the confidence to advise and influence senior leaders.
- Well-developed organisation, prioritisation and recruitment process management skills.
- Availability to commence by 11 August 2026 and commit to a minimum four-month contract.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience recruiting in financial services, fintech, wealth management or another regulated environment.
- Experience supporting a transformation, organisational redesign or large-scale team build.
