The Role

As Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Professional Search & Pipelining, you will lead proactive sourcing strategies for critical roles across the organisation. Partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders, you will provide trusted advice, market intelligence and high-quality recruitment delivery from initial brief through to offer and onboarding.

You will use modern sourcing tools, data and relationship-based recruitment approaches to identify, engage and nurture talent, helping reduce reliance on external agencies while delivering outstanding candidate and stakeholder experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead proactive search, market mapping and talent intelligence activity for professional, technical and senior level roles.
  • Identify, engage and nurture passive candidates through direct search, headhunting and relationship based recruitment.
  • Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines to support current and future workforce requirements.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders on role briefs, sourcing strategies, workforce planning and hiring decisions, providing market insights on talent availability, salary benchmarking and competitor activity.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery, from screening and assessment through to interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding, while using recruitment technology and data to strengthen internal search capability and reduce agency reliance.

What you will need to succeed

  • At least five years’ recruitment experience, with proven capability in direct search, headhunting and engaging passive candidates.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting professional, technical and senior-level roles, while building proactive talent pipelines.
  • Expert capability in LinkedIn Recruiter, including Boolean search, advanced sourcing and talent mapping.
  • Strong end-to-end recruitment experience, supported by confident stakeholder management, influencing and advisory skills.
  • Sound knowledge of recruitment technology, data-led decision-making, employment legislation and ethical recruitment practices, with a track record of reducing agency reliance.
