Imaging Associates (IA) is a doctor-led, highly respected and rapidly growing radiology business with practices across the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Gippsland, and Wagga Wagga. Talent Acquisition & People & Culture Partner, Box Hill Support Centre

This is an exciting time to join our People & Culture team. As our organisation continues to grow, this role offers the opportunity to combine end-to-end recruitment with broader People & Culture responsibilities that support the employee lifecycle.

This is a parental Leave cover fixed term role until November 2027 with a potential for extension.

You will partner closely with leaders to understand workforce needs, attract high-quality talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You'll also provide People & Culture support and advice, including policy interpretation, employee engagement initiatives and key annual people programs.

In addition, you will play an important role in continuously improving onboarding, induction and People & Culture processes to help create a positive employee experience and support business growth.

What will you be responsible for?

With a focus on delivering positive experiences for candidates, employees and leaders, you will be responsible for:

  • Talent sourcing and acquisition
  • Partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment and workforce activities
  • Driving an exceptional candidate experience
  • Building and promoting our employer brand
  • Designing and implementing onboarding and induction programs to ensure employees have a smooth transition into the business
  • Providing first-line advice and support to managers and employees on People & Culture policies, procedures and employment matters.
  • Assisting with policy interpretation and supporting consistent people management practices across the business.
  • Coordinating and supporting key annual People & Culture initiatives, including employee surveys, recognition programs and culture initiatives.
  • Reporting on recruitment and people metrics to support business decision making.
  • Continuously improving our talent acquisition, onboarding and People & Culture processes.
  • Beyond this, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a broad range of People & Culture projects and initiatives as we continue to scale our business.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven recruitment experience with demonstrated knowledge of best practice attraction, recruitment and selection strategies.
  • Experience providing generalist People & Culture support and advice.
  • Sound understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Confidence interpreting and applying workplace policies and procedures.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growing business across multiple sites (Healthcare industry experience will be highly desirable).
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility and trusted relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.
  • Action oriented and confident to drive outcomes.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Strong analytical skills along with the ability to make sound judgements and solve problems.
  • Tech savvy and willing to look at ways of introducing technology to improve processes.
  • Data-driven and able to translate data into meaningful insights.
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work well within and contribute to a team.
  • Proactive in developing and implementing process improvement initiatives.
