Looking for a gun ramp up Recruiter who will play a crucial role in supporting our Operations team in Mount Morgan, Queensland, by sourcing and recruiting best talent for various positions. This temporary full-time role is essential for ensuring that our organisation meets its staffing needs efficiently and effectively, contributing to our overall business success.

You will be red hot with Employment Hero, able to volume call and screen as a natural attribute and take volume recruitment in your stride

Responsibilities:

• Harness the talent pool and quickly sort with learned experience
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for interviews.
• Apply AI tools and contemporary functions of Employment Hero
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organisation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to meet budgeted staffing needs and job requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment processes.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Work as part of a small team delivering for a bespoke project
• Smile and remain cheerful!

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using recruitment software (Employment Hero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
