Yard & Warehouse Forklift Operator (Timber/Brookvale)

We’re looking for a reliable Yard & Warehouse Forklift Operator to support our Timber/Brookvale store operations in a steady, team-focused environment.

Our locations: Brookvale (our flagship site with multiple specialist sales centres), Peakhurst, Mona Vale, Terrey Hills, Hornsby, and Dural.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform material handling activities such as counting, weighing, sorting, loading and unloading.
• Handle inbound material receiving and allocation to Store or Warehouse.
• Load vehicles for outgoing deliveries, check stock levels and notify supervisor when minimum stock levels are reached.
• Report all damage and/or loss of stock and co-operate with other departments to fulfil customer orders.
• Work inside the store or warehouse, and/or outside in the yard depending on need and pull and prepare orders for deliveries.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in transporting large, heavy, and oversized goods
• Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• The ability to lift/move heavy materials (up to 25kg) on occasion
• Minimum of one year experience in a Warehouse or Yard position
• Experience with building materials desirable, but not essential
• Valid forklift license
