Workshop Mechanic – Pinkenba, Brisbane
Are you an experienced Mechanic looking to expand your skills and work on a diverse fleet of vehicles? We have an exciting opportunity for a Workshop Mechanic to join our Pinkenba workshop!
While most of our fleet is heavy diesel, we also welcome mechanics with strong Light Vehicle or Truck experience. This is your chance to broaden your experience, work on a variety of equipment, and step up your technical expertise in a supportive and safety-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Service, repair and maintain of our fleet and equipment
- Carry out diagnostics, inspections, and preventative maintenance
- Ensure peak performance of on-hire and off-hire assets
- Follow WHS procedures and maintain a safe workshop
- Communicate clearly with the team regarding parts and repairs
Requirements:
- Trade qualification – light vehicle, heavy vehicle, heavy diesel
- Experience working on trucks or diesel equipment (essential)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
