As we move into the next wave of cutting-edge work, we’re looking for a skilled Tradesperson (Welder) who takes pride in precision and wants to contribute to projects that truly matter.

About the role

You’ll carry out a variety of welding and fabrication tasks to a high standard of safety, accuracy, and workmanship. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys hands-on work and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

TIG welding is essential, you must be proficient in welding stainless steel using both TIG and MIG methods.

Your work will include:

• Interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Apply welding processes including TIG (essential), MIG, Stick, and oxy/acetylene
• Use thermal cutting methods such as plasma and oxy/acetylene
• Operate and maintain welding equipment safely and effectively
• Support the growth and development of apprentices

What you’ll bring

• Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication) (essential)
• Demonstrated TIG and MIG welding experience, including stainless steel
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Permanent working rights in Australia
• White Card, Silica Awareness, and Asbestos Awareness certifications (desirable)
