What you will be doing & delivering 

As a Warehouse Team Member, you’ll play a key role in our production and warehouse operations, ensuring client orders are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.  

• Production Operations: Operate the box machine and forklift in line with daily production orders, ensuring efficiency, safety, and minimal downtime. 
• Warehouse & Administration: Maintain correct storage of packing materials, accurately count and document inbound/outbound loads, and complete paperwork using the Flavorfind system. 
• Health & Safety: Champion a culture of safety and wellbeing, always wearing provided PPE, reporting hazards promptly, and cooperating with safety initiatives. 
• Quality & Continuous Improvement: Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and equipment in safe working condition, while identifying opportunities to improve production processes. 

What You’ll Bring to the Role 

• Prior experience in a packing or warehouse environment (highly valued) 
• A current Forklift Licence 
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot minor machinery issues 
• A high level of attention to detail and strong safety awareness 
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team 
• Strong communication skills and a highly motivated attitude
