What you will be doing & delivering

As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing Warehouse operations, and leading, motivating, and supporting a team safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely alongside our Production Manager, you will bring your experience in overseeing packaging, consumables, inventory and machinery operations to ensure optimum levels of operation in our brand new pack shed!

• People Leadership: Drive a high-performance culture; support the full employee lifecycle in collaboration with HR.
• Warehouse operations: Ensuring efficient order planning, stock allocation, and staffing to meet packing targets within budget and on schedule.
• Health & Safety: Champion a culture of safety, wellbeing, and compliance, partnering with OHS team
• Quality & Continuous Improvement: Maintain a clean and safe work environment and support continuous improvement by addressing issues and promoting

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• Supervise and coordinating warehouse operations team
• Monitoring performance and productivity to meet business goals
• Providing training, coaching, and ongoing support to Warehouse team members
• Conducting regular checks and adjustments to optimise output across operations
• Collaborating with other supervisors to ensure smooth site operations
• Supporting a positive team culture and encouraging continuous improvement.
