We're looking for experienced Warehouse Operators with a current forklift licence to join our Heidelberg West warehouse team.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. Working across receiving, stock movement, picking, packing and dispatch, you'll play a key part in ensuring our products are delivered safely, accurately and on time to retail stores, wholesale customers, corporate clients and online shoppers nationwide.

📦 Your Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Operator, you'll support the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution activities by:

• Operating forklifts safely and efficiently to move, store and replenish stock
• Picking, packing and preparing orders accurately for dispatch
• Receiving and unloading deliveries while ensuring inventory accuracy
• Loading products for distribution across retail, wholesale, corporate and online channels
• Completing warehouse transactions and maintaining accurate stock records
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
• Supporting inventory management activities, including stock counts and stock movements
• Working across different warehouse functions to meet operational priorities
• Adhering to food safety, quality and workplace safety requirements
• Contributing to continuous improvement and a positive team culture

⭐ About You

• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Previous forklift operating experience, ideally including high reach
• Experience working within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Comfortable using warehouse or inventory management systems
• Understanding of safe manual handling and workplace safety practices
• Reliable, organised and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to support different areas of the warehouse
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Food manufacturing or food safety experience is advantageous but not essential
