The Opportunity: 

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our Operations Department. You will be motivated and reliable with an eye for detail and a passion for customer service. Previous picking and packing experience is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to all internal and external emails & phone calls
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to all of our partners/clients
• Pick, pack & despatch client orders
• Process Opening orders including invoice, process & finalise orders using the inventory system
• Book on orders with our chosen couriers
• Prepare kits, promotional items, VIP gift boxes
• Ensure stock is in expiry date order, tidy & orderly. Overflow stock is labelled and kept in the flow.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Lead to advise when stock is running low as soon as you notice increase of order trends or stock levels decreasing
• Assist with general telephone queries and engage the most appropriate staff member to delegate queries to
• Participate in weekly SKU checks
• Participate in annual stocktake activities
• Prepare for and contribute to weekly meetings & quarterly departmental meetings
• Ensure that orders received before 12pm that day are given priority

Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience in a logistics/warehouse environment (beneficial)
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
