Join Ena’s Melbourne warehouse team in a practical, hands-on casual role with the view to becoming permanent part-time.
Ena is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to support our Melbourne warehouse
operations. This position will commence on a casual basis, with the view to becoming permanent part-time for the right person. The role will suit someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy and quality, and is comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.

Reporting to the ENA Operations Coordinator, you will assist with day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving goods, picking and packing orders, labelling,
repacking, stock support and general housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities
- As a Warehouse Assistant, you will:
- Receive incoming goods and assist with putting stock away accurately.
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer and internal orders.
- Enter goods and stock movements into the ERP system as required.
- Assist with filling, labelling and repacking products into specified quantities and
packaging.
- Check that repacked and labelled products meet quality standards.
- Support inventory management, stock control and general warehouse organisation.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
- Follow all safety, hygiene and WHS procedures.
- Carry out general housekeeping and cleaning tasks as required.
About You
- Reliable, punctual and willing to take on practical, hands-on warehouse duties.
- A positive attitude and an interest in working with natural products.
- Forklift licence and standard driver’s licence are desirable but not essential.
- Able to work well in a small team to achieve shared outcomes.
- Physically fit and able to safely lift up to 25kg when required.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality control.
- Basic computer skills and confidence using simple systems.
- Willing to learn and follow safe working practices.
