ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Do you have a current forklift licence and enjoy physically active work? Pacific Blue Produce is seeking a Warehouse Allrounder to work across cold storage, forklift operations, order building and basic administration. You’ll help keep high-quality fresh produce moving smoothly through site and out to customers.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Forklift Operations

• Complete daily forklift checks and records

• Safely load, unload and move pallets of fresh produce

• Receive fruit from growers and dispatch orders to freight providers

Manual Handling & Warehouse Tasks

• Build, label and compile customer orders for dispatch (10kg boxes/pallets)

• Assist with packing/repacking fruit and general stock movement

• Keep warehouse, cool rooms and driveway clean, tidy and safe

Administration & Data Entry

• Enter stock received and completed orders into systems

• Create basic paperwork (POs, freight dockets, dispatch/receivables)

• Complete daily stock counts and basic QC/inspection checks

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for warehouse allrounders with a background in warehouse / production / logistics / cold storage who are ready to take ownership of their area.

You:

• Are reliable, hard-working and safety/quality focused

• Have good communication, follow instructions and work well in a small team

• Are organised, show initiative and are physically capable of manual handling

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to safety and adherence to processes.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Current Forklift Licence (LF or equivalent)

• Confident operating a forklift, including frequent mounting/dismounting

• Experience in a warehouse, production, logistics or cold storage environment

• Physically fit and comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (~8–14°C)

• Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including regular standing, walking, bending, squatting, twisting, and lifting

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including continuous hand use and gripping

• Basic computer/data entry skills

• Ability to accurately differentiate between colours (red, orange, yellow, green, blue) for product labelling

• Full working rights in Australia
