About the Role
As a Storeperson / Warehouse Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and dispatch of products. You will support daily warehouse operations while contributing to a safe, productive, and customer-focused workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock within the ERP system
- Store products in designated warehouse locations
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately
- Prepare and process backorders
- Maintain accurate stock records and bin locations
- Complete consignment documentation for carriers
- Prepare driver run sheets for daily deliveries
- Assist with local deliveries when required
- Complete administrative and warehouse documentation accurately
- Participate in toolbox meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives
What You'll Bring
Essential
- Experience in warehousing, logistics or stock control
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Desirable
- Forklift (Counterbalance) experience
- Current Forklift Licence
- Delivery or transport experience
- Truck Licence
