🚙 Stock Controller – CARS24 Brisbane

CARS24 is Australia’s largest online car dealership — and we’re reimagining the way vehicles move through the market. From sourcing to delivery, we own every step of the process — and now we’re looking for a detail-driven Stock Controller to keep our Brisbane operation running like clockwork.
This is a Monday to Friday role, with immediate start is available for thr right candidate.
You’ll be the heartbeat of our inventory flow — managing vehicles from arrival to handover, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance at every step.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain complete accuracy of all vehicle stock records and system data
- Track, process, and reconcile vehicle arrivals, transfers, and deliveries
- Liaise with Sales, Workshop, and Delivery teams to align vehicle readiness
- Handle documentation, compliance, and registration support
- Prepare stock and performance reports to support operational efficiency
- Identify and flag process improvements for smoother coordination
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in stock control, logistics, or automotive operations
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, organised approach
- Confident using spreadsheets, CRMs, or stock management software
- Clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
