At Supercheap Auto, we’re on a mission to become the destination of choice for Trade customers across Australia and New Zealand. We are looking for a Trade Operations Manager to take the wheel on operational execution and bring our Trade Sales strategy to life.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll connect strategy to frontline delivery. You’ll ensure our systems, people, and processes are firing on all cylinders to deliver exceptional outcomes for our Trade customers.

What you’ll be driving...

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of Trade sales operations, ensuring scalable, efficient and high-performing delivery
  • Own key operational KPIs across service, fulfilment, and cost-to-serve
  • Develop and execute sales growth plans across acquisition, retention and account management in our National Sales team regions
  • Partner closely with Merchandise, Marketing & Trade sales teams to deliver promotions, launches and customer initiatives
  • Champion best-in-class customer experience across Trade Hotline and Sales Representative teams
  • Use customer insights and performance data to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement

What you’ll bring to the team...

You’re a commercially minded operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to bring teams together to deliver results.

  • Proven people leadership experience - you lead, coach and inspire high-performing teams
  • Strong sales representative background (essential), ideally within Trade, retail or B2B industries
  • Highly customer-centric - you know what great service looks like and how to deliver it consistently
  • Confident working autonomously, with the ability to plan, prioritise and execute
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, influencing across multiple business units
  • Great mix of analytical and operational mindset with the ability to translate data into action
