GYG is on a mission to bring the flavours of Mexican food to every corner of Australia, and we need great people to make that happen. As a Talent Partner, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of GYG restaurants spanning NSW and ACT, hiring the Cooks, Crew, Shift Leaders and Restaurant Managers who bring our restaurants to life every day.

This is a high-volume, high-impact role, partnering closely with Operations leaders, and building the kind of talent pipelines that let great restaurants run even better.

What you'll bring

• Experience in high-volume recruitment, whether in-house or agency - think retail, hospitality, call centres, or customer service
• The ability to build genuine relationships quickly, from a candidate who's never worked before to a Restaurant Manager interview
• A solutions mindset - when things get tricky, you're the one people turn to
• The composure to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
• Sharp attention to detail and confidence with recruitment tech (we work in SmartRecruiters and Workday, and we leverage AI tools including Claude and Granola)
