As we continue to grow with exciting new venues on the horizon, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team and truly own recruitment across the Applejack portfolio.

You’ll have the opportunity to bring your experience, ideas and energy into a collaborative People & Culture team, helping shape workforce strategy, strengthen our employer brand and continue building high-performing teams as Applejack evolves and expands.
What You’ll Be Doing
- End-to-end, in-house recruitment across the Applejack group
- Leading recruitment strategy and workforce planning across multiple venues and future openings
- Partnering closely with venue leaders to attract exceptional hospitality talent
- Taking recruitment to the next level through creative sourcing, talent pooling and strategic thinking
- Championing the Applejack employer brand and candidate experience
- Building strong relationships across the business and becoming a trusted recruitment partner
- Supporting onboarding, retention initiatives and wider People & Culture projects
What We’re Looking For - Recruitment experience within hospitality
- Someone who genuinely loves people, culture and hospitality
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive mindset with confidence to bring ideas forward and influence change
- Someone highly organised who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for creating exceptional experiences for candidates and teams alike
