We are not your typical talent acquisition team. We are dynamic, results driven and the guardians of Orro culture, and we are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive high volume technical hiring across our Philippines and Australia business.
You will run the full process yourself, from role briefing through to offer, across a constant flow of cyber, network, and cloud roles in two markets. This is a role for a self starter who thinks differently about how recruiting gets done, where the experience you give every candidate and hiring manager directly shapes how Orro is seen in the market.

You will own the full recruiting function for a high volume of cyber, network, and cloud roles across both the Philippines and Australia: research, sourcing, networking, behaviour based interviewing, and closing. You will partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to build out staffing strategies, and act as a trusted advisor who informs hiring decisions from a deep understanding of the talent market. This is a hands on role for someone who stays informed on innovative recruiting trends, thrives in a dynamic environment, and keeps every search moving forward.
Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through to offer across a high volume of cyber, network, and cloud roles
Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers across the Philippines and Australia to build out staffing needs and strategies
Source best in class candidates through research, networking, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach, building talent pipelines quickly and comprehensively
Run behaviour based screening interviews and coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback
Inform hiring strategy with knowledge of the talent market, including where specific skills sit and how to reach them
Use AI and automation tools to work more efficiently and improve the candidate experience
Track key recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
The Essentials
Minimum 5 years of full cycle, end to end recruitment experience with a high performing company
Excellent English proficiency and strong communication, both written and verbal
A genuine passion for going above and beyond so the candidate experience is world class, backed by real empathy
Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities at once in a dynamic, high volume environment, with flexibility to handle ambiguity
Sound, high level judgement to make decisions that keep hiring moving forward
Bonus Points
Experience using AI and automation tools in recruitment
Experience using ATS platforms (TeamTailor) and LinkedIn Recruiter
