Description
Railtrain Group Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive and highly organised Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the Team Lead – Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition support across the business. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs, attract suitable candidates and support an efficient, compliant and candidate-focused recruitment process.
This role plays an important part in supporting RHG’s commitment to having the right person in the right job, at the right time.
Requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including onboarding and recruitment administration.
- Source and attract talent through social media platforms and other recruitment channels.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities and organisational goals.
- Support candidate selection, interview coordination, onboarding and retention activities.
- Work with the Team Lead to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned to business needs.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance and RHG policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process.
- Represent RHG professionally and promote the company’s values of Excellence, Integrity, Safety and People.
