Talent Acquisition Partner 

 

  • Join a high‑impact Talent Acquisition team within the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport 
  • Clerk Grade 7/8 with a salary range of $113,574 to $125,720 per annum plus superannuation 
  • Temporary role until December 2026 based in Sydney, NSW

 

About the role 

Join the DCITHS Talent Acquisition team to deliver best-practice recruitment solutions across the Department. The Talent Acquisition Partner provides recruitment support and solutions to enable the selection and engagement of a capable workforce across DCITHS. We are looking for an experienced talent specialist to ensure compliance with government legislation, policies and regulations. Our ideal candidate has strong networking skills and experience delivering best-practice advice to hiring managers.  

We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills to understand hiring needs and undertake end-to-end talent acquisition services including the design and delivery of dynamic candidate attraction and assessment. 

The Talent Acquisition Partner will partner closely with the business to facilitate and guide best practice recruitment. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about contributing to the positive culture of our team, with the opportunity to work on upcoming projects including Disability Confident Recruiter accreditation and launch of our Hiring Manager Hub.
