Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving Trilogy Care’s talent strategy and leading a high-performing Talent Acquisition team. Partnering with senior leaders, you will attract and secure exceptional talent while modernising recruitment through AI, automation, and data-driven practices.

Combining strategic workforce planning with hands-on recruitment leadership, you will build talent pipelines, strengthen our employer brand, reduce agency reliance, and proactively identify top talent through headhunting, market mapping, and talent pooling for critical and hard-to-fill roles.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Talent Acquisition

  • Lead recruitment for critical, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Build talent pipelines and recruitment strategies that support business growth.

Headhunting & Talent Pipelining

  • Proactively source and engage high-calibre talent through headhunting and market mapping.
  • Reduce reliance on external agencies by building internal sourcing capability.

Partner with Senior Leaders

  • Advise senior leaders on workforce planning, talent strategy, and market insights.
  • Lead executive and leadership-level recruitment.

Drive AI & Recruitment Innovation

  • Leverage AI, automation, and data to improve recruitment efficiency and outcomes.
  • Identify and implement new recruitment technologies and best practices.

Lead & Develop the Team

  • Coach and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
  • Support complex hiring needs and drive continuous improvement across the function.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end recruitment, including executive search, headhunting, and sourcing for senior or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Experience in agency recruitment, particularly across technology and sales functions, will be highly regarded.
  • A track record of building talent pipelines and reducing reliance on external recruitment agencies.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and executives.
  • Experience leveraging AI, automation, and technology to improve recruitment outcomes and efficiency.
  • Expertise in candidate assessment, including psychometric testing, structured interviewing, and evidence-based selection practices.
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline.
