The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for subcontractors with 10, 12 & 14 pallet space tautliners (tailgates are a must) to join our high-performing team. These roles will be based at our Gillman facility.

This is a fantastic chance to align yourself with a trusted and reputable transport leader. Owner operators or small high-performing fleet operators will be considered. We have the volume and an attractive performance-based pay structure that will see you rewarded in line with output and effort.

What You’ll Need:

We’re looking for subcontractors who take pride in their kit, their work, their image, and deliver a high standard of service to internal and external customers alike.

Ideally, you will have:

• Ownership of a late model clean, well-maintained tautliner with tailgate
• A clean driving record and excellent driving skills
• Ability to provide a clear National Crime Check
• Full working rights
• Proven experience in transport, with strong knowledge of SA metro and close regional areas
• Familiarity with mobile technology and scanning devices
• The ability to meet the physical demands of the role (loading/unloading/scanning freight)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently
• A professional appearance and great customer service skills
