What's on offer?

Owing to internal movement within our business, the Fulton Hogan Infrastructure Services team is looking to appoint an additional Site Engineer. Viewed as an entry level role within the team, this is the perfect opportunity for those who may have recently completed an internship or graduate program and are now looking for their first permanent role within the infrastructure industry. You will be mentored and supported by a highly experienced team who will work closely with you to ensure you are succeeding and continuing to develop in the role. We're looking for people who bring enthusiasm and willingness to listen and learn whilst helping to deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you'll be responsible for:

  • Collecting, collating and reporting daily quality assurance data.
  • Ensure quality procedures are followed and support team members to follow processes.
  • Develop good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Working onsite, closely with asphalt crew foreman to deliver on project outcomes

How you'll connect to the role:

  • A degree level qualification in Civil Engineering, or equivalent
  • Eagerness and enthusiasm to be part of a site based team
  • Quality focused mindset, willing to collaborate within a team
  • A positive attitude, with professional acumen and exceptional communication skills
