What’s on offer?
With the continued growth of our infrastructure services business, we are seeking to appoint an experienced administration professional to join our to join our civil business stream based in the position of Operations Administrator. This role will be for an initial 12-month fixed term contract with the potential to extend to permanency thereafter.
In this role you will be responsible for providing strong administration support to the operational team with tasks including:
- Liaising with the wider operational team in driving accurate cost tracking of various areas of the business unit
- Ensuring subcontractors and suppliers are meeting their requirements to allow timely processing and payment of invoices
- Ensuring the correct and effective maintenance of the general ledger system along with other general ad-hoc reporting
- Assist in ensuring all revenue is converted to invoiced revenue to clients on a monthly basis to ensure strong cash flow
- Assisting and supporting the team wherever required to ensure all operational admin deadlines are consistently met
- Assisting in implementing process improvements to derive efficiencies in the administration workload
How you will connect to the role:
- Prior experience within the construction/infrastructure would be beneficial (not essential)
