Recruitment
Reward Gateway, part of Edenred, is a global HR SaaS leader in benefits and employee engagement. We help businesses attract, engage, and retain top talent through strategic reward, recognition, and well-being solutions.

Guided by our shared missions - ‘Making the World a Better Place to Work’ and ‘Enriching Connections, For Good’ - we’re committed to transforming workplaces and improving people’s daily lives.

Our team embodies entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, and respect. We push boundaries, speak up, and stay human, fostering a culture where imagination thrives.

Your role in our Mission
This is a senior, high trust role in a small but genuinely collaborative People team supporting a fantastic bunch of human beings in our AUS region. This is a place where you’re trusted to do great work, encouraged to bring your authentic self every day, and surrounded by people who care about what they do (and enjoy doing it together).

You’ll spend your time doing what great Talent Acquisition people really enjoy: staying close to the business, building strong, honest relationships, and delivering hiring outcomes you’re proud of. You’ll balance hands-on recruitment with thoughtful partnering, working alongside senior leaders and hiring managers as a trusted sounding board.

You’ll lead hiring across a wide mix of functions and at all levels of seniority, mostly across Go‑to‑Market and Corporate with some Technology, Data and Security when required. Some roles will be niche and complex, others higher volume and fast moving - all in competitive markets where good judgement, creativity and rigour make the difference. You’ll have freedom to do things properly, not just quickly.

Beyond filling roles, you’ll also help shape how we hire. That means building hiring approaches that are practical, inclusive and built to scale; lifting hiring capability across the business; and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll work closely with our HR Business Partner to make sure the people we bring in are set up to thrive - supporting healthy teams, strong performance and a culture people love to be a part of.

Just as importantly, this is a role for someone who enjoys being part of the everyday life of the business. You’ll be visible, approachable and hands-on - happy to roll up your sleeves, collaborate with our Head of Project Management on workspace and office‑related matters. You’ll play an active role in creating a workplace that feels welcoming, well run, and genuinely inclusive, partnering with our Culture Club, CSR and DEI on various initiatives.
