Design the Critical Environments Powering a Digital Future
At HDR, we're doing something different.
As an employee-owned business, our people don't just contribute to projects, they take ownership of them. You'll work alongside some of the industry's most respected technical specialists, delivering complex and critical infrastructure that supports the way businesses, communities and economies connect and operate.
Engineering What's Next
HDR delivers some of Australia's most complex and high-performing facilities, including hyperscale data centres, critical infrastructure and mission-critical environments.
These projects demand technical excellence, innovation and close collaboration across disciplines. As part of our National Building Engineering Services team, you'll play a key role in leading the development of mechanical engineering solutions that are efficient, resilient and built for the future.
The Opportunity
We're growing our Building Engineering Services team in Melbourne and Sydney and are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to support the delivery of technically challenging projects across our expanding Data Centre, Mission Critical and Building Engineering portfolio.
This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced consulting engineer who enjoys taking ownership of design delivery, solving complex technical challenges and contributing to high-quality engineering outcomes across the full project lifecycle.
Working closely with our national mechanical team, you'll play a leading role in project delivery from concept through to construction, developing practical and innovative HVAC and building services solutions within a multidisciplinary design environment. You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy while supporting the growth and technical capability of the broader team.
