We are pleased to invite applications for the permanent position of Senior Farm Hand at our St Leonards aggregation, located 25 minutes from Wongan Hills and 45 minutes from Moora in Western Australia’s Northern Wheatbelt. You’ll be joining a team of two full-time staff, with additional
casual employees during harvest and seeding periods.
About the role:
You will work closely with the Operations Manager to assist with the daily operations of a large broad acre cropping aggregation, focussing on Hay, Legume, Canola and Cereal production.

About you:

You will have:
- 2+ years’ experience in broad acre grain cropping production including the operation and maintenance of all associated plant, equipment, machinery and chemical handling.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with employees, suppliers, peers and other managers.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow established processes.
- A diligent approach to workplace health and safety (WHS) with a passion for broadacre farming.
- Mechanical knowledge and workshop fabrication skills are preferred but not essential.
