About the role:

GO.FARM is seeking x4 Seasonal Farm Hands to support the Sandmount Cropping team in Katunga Northern Victoria.

We currently have:

• 1 x Seasonal Farm Hand position running from November to December
• 3 x Farm Hand positions (Broadacre & Orchard Development) running from October/November through to March/April

Furnished cabin-style accommodation is available on-farm for employees who require it, priced at $220 per week. Applicants will need their own vehicle to travel to and from work; however, a site vehicle is available for work-related tasks where required.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting orchard development and land preparation activities, including cultivation, ground works and infrastructure setup
• Assisting with grain harvest operations, grain handling and logistics
• Operating and assisting with the upkeep of farm machinery and equipment
• Supporting post-harvest paddock management and seasonal farm activities
• Working safely and effectively as part of a close-knit team
• Learning and applying modern farming practices across broadacre cropping and orchard development

For this role, we’re looking for people who:

• Have a practical, safety-focused approach
• Bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Have a strong work ethic and enjoy hands-on outdoor work
• Are flexible to work longer hours when operationally required
• Hold a current driver’s licence

Farm machinery experience is highly regarded but not essential, as training will be provided where required.
