About the Role
As a Scheduler, you’ll play an important role in coordinating the day-to-day delivery of in-home cleaning services. Reporting to the Scheduling Manager, you’ll help ensure clients receive reliable and consistent services by keeping staff schedules and rosters organised and responding quickly when changes are needed.
The role involves coordinating staff allocations, maintaining and adjusting rosters, resolving scheduling conflicts and supporting the team to ensure client needs are met. You’ll also assist with timesheet processing, reporting and compliance requirements while looking for ways to improve workforce coordination and service delivery.
You’ll work closely with the in-home cleaning team and internal stakeholders, providing guidance and support to help keep schedules running smoothly.
