What’s on offer?
We’re looking for a Safety Coordinator to join our Construction business and support the successful delivery of New Richmond Road Stage 2 construction project. This is an important role where you’ll help ensure our safety systems, processes and culture are embedded across the project, supporting teams to deliver work safely and responsibly.
Working closely with project teams and operational leaders, you’ll play a key role in coordinating safety activities, supporting compliance requirements and promoting continuous improvement across the project.

You understand the importance of strong safety systems and how they support successful project delivery. You’re organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities across both site and office environments. You take a proactive approach, enjoy working with people and are confident supporting teams to achieve positive safety outcomes.
You build strong relationships, communicate clearly and lead by example. You’re collaborative, approachable and genuinely committed to creating workplaces where everyone can perform at their best and return home safely.
