We’re looking for a Foreperson who brings solid experience in civil construction and understands what it takes to deliver work safely and efficiently on site. You’re confident leading crews, coordinating activities and ensuring work is completed to a high standard.

You take a practical, hands-on approach and lead by example, setting the tone for safety, quality and productivity. You’re organised, proactive and comfortable making decisions on the ground to keep work moving. You build strong relationships, communicate clearly and create a positive team culture where people feel supported and accountable. You take pride in your work and the outcomes your team delivers.

This is a great opportunity to step into a role where you can continue to build your leadership capability and be part of a high-performing Construction team delivering meaningful infrastructure.
