What’s on offer?

We’re looking for a Safety Administrator to join our Eastern Region Construction (ERC) business in NSW and support the successful delivery of a major infrastructure project. This is a key role where you’ll help ensure our safety systems, reporting and compliance activities are maintained to a high standard.

Working closely with the Safety Manager and the project team, you’ll play an important part in keeping information accurate, actions on track and supporting a strong safety culture across the business.

What you’ll do

  • Support safety systems, records and compliance requirements across the project
  • Manage safety documentation, databases and reporting (including monthly reports)
  • Track actions, close-outs and improvement items to ensure timely completion
  • Assist with audits, inspections and data analysis to identify risk trends
  • Support the team with administration for safety processes and reporting
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure accurate and consistent safety information

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with strong administration experience, ideally with exposure to safety, construction or a compliance-based environment. You understand the importance of accurate data, systems and tracking in supporting effective safety outcomes.

You’re organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You enjoy working with systems, reporting and making sure things are completed on time and to the right standard.

You’re reliable, proactive and take pride in supporting your team. You communicate clearly, follow through on tasks and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.

This is a great opportunity to build your experience in safety and construction, working alongside experienced teams and contributing to a culture where people look after themselves and each other every day.

Join Fulton Hogan and be part of a team that’s delivering real outcomes for communities. If you’re looking to contribute to a project that makes a lasting difference, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll be supported by a team that values safety, teamwork and getting the job done right. Bring your experience, build your career, and help us shape infrastructure we can all be proud of.

Our people share the same set of values that keep us REAL. Respect, Energy and Effort, Attitude and Leadership encapsulate what we stand for at Fulton Hogan and encourage us to foster a diverse and inclusive culture where we listen to, care for, celebrate, and respect everyone.

We are committed to reconciliation and building and nurturing respectful relationships with First Nations peoples. Through our First Nations Engagement Strategy and Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), we aim to promote opportunities, cultural understanding and partnerships that celebrate and acknowledge the contributions of Indigenous communities.

If our values resonate with you, please submit an application for the position. If you’re not sure that you meet 100% of the selection criteria, that’s okay, we would still like to hear from you and potentially discuss how your skills could be utilised at Fulton Hogan.
