About the Role
A One Earthworks is seeking an experienced Roller Operator to join our growing ACT team.
We are also open to labourers who are keen to step up into machine operation and build a long-term career in civil construction.
If you are reliable, safety-focused, and want to be part of a high-performing crew, we want to hear from you! You will be working across various ACT projects and supporting bulk earthworks and subdivision works.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating padfoot and smooth drum rollers
- Working alongside Supervisors, Leading Hands and Engineers
- Prestart checks and basic plant maintenance
- Maintaining site safety and compliance standards
- Assisting with labouring duties where required
- Working to program and productivity targets
Requirements
- White Card (essential)
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Roller ticket and VOC (highly desirable)
- Experience in bulk earthworks or subdivision projects (highly desirable)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- 11084NAT Asbestos Awareness (essential)
- 10830NAT Silica Exposure Prevention (essential)
