West Perth | Full-time (38 hrs/week) | Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
 
Our client, a leading civil contracting company within the Australian mining sector, is currently seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join their growing HR team. 
 
With a strong pipeline of major project work across rehabilitation, construction, maintenance, and mining sectors, and mining services, the business is looking for a capable recruiter who can support ongoing high-volume recruitment across multiple projects and play a key role in the continued growth of the organisation. 
 
They deliver long-term civil and mining works for key clients including BHP, Rio Tinto, FMG, and Roy Hill, with consistent project demand across the Pilbara region. 
 
Working closely with hiring managers and operational leaders, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of site-based blue and white-collar positions. This includes sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing compliance requirements, and supporting mobilisation activities to ensure projects remain adequately resourced. 
 
You will recruit across a variety of roles including Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, Health & Safety Advisors, Site Admin, Operators, Heavy Diesel Trades, Traffic Controllers, and Labourers. 
 
To be successful, you will bring a minimum of 3 years' recruitment experience, ideally within blue-collar, mining, civil construction, or related industries. You will be relationship-focused, organised, process-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of candidate and stakeholder engagement.
