What You'll Be Doing

• Finding amazing talent before everyone else does
• Building relationships with candidates, schools, RTOs and industry communities
• Running phone screens, interviews and talent campaigns
• Activating talent pools and nurturing future apprentices and trainees
• Partnering with stakeholders across AGA and the wider group of businesses
• Using modern recruitment technology, automation and candidate engagement tools to deliver outstanding outcomes
