What You'll Do:
- Identify and attract suitable candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Prepare, write, and publish job advertisements across job boards and social media platforms.
- Conduct high-volume screening, interviews, reference checks, and coordinate interview confirmations with clients.
- Build and maintain candidate pools through ongoing market research and engagement.
- Review candidate qualifications and experience to ensure alignment with role and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database.
- Deliver high-quality candidate care, ensuring a smooth, professional and timely experience throughout the recruitment process.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Must be willing to work on-site at our Seven Hills office
- Experience recruiting for blue collar (civil, industrial and building and construction industries) is preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive mindset. You anticipate issues before they arise and take initiative to solve them.
- Work within tight timeframes and adapt to shifting priorities to meet project and client expectations.
- Actively engage and collaborate with your teammates to foster a fun and positive culture.
