UON’s business centres around the design, manufacturing, supply, construction and maintenance of remote, off-grid power and water infrastructure, with many of the products manufactured in UON’s Malaga facility, based on proprietary and patented designs.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to Join our Support Services team in Malaga.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Establish recruiting requirements by studying organisation plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using job sites
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organisation information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications
- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Achieve recruitment objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Skills & Experience - 3-5 years recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
- Minimum 2 years’ experience recruiting in relevant industry environment
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
