This isn’t a role where you’re expected to spend all day making cold calls. It’s about combining business development with quality recruitment, building genuine partnerships with healthcare providers while connecting talented doctors with rewarding locum opportunities across Australia.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop new client relationships and identify growth opportunities within your market.
• Manage and grow an established portfolio of healthcare clients.
• Recruit and place locum doctors across Australia.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
• Negotiate placements and deliver outstanding service.
• Manage the recruitment process from business development through to placement and aftercare.
• Take ownership of your own desk, pipeline and financial success.

About You

You’re someone who enjoys both sides of recruitment.

You love the challenge of winning new business, but you also enjoy delivering great recruitment outcomes and becoming a trusted adviser to your clients.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous recruitment experience (healthcare experience is advantageous but not essential).
• A genuine interest in business development and relationship building.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Resilience, ambition and a commercial mindset.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
