The Role
A true 360 desk with full ownership and no geographical limits across Australia. You'll be backed to build, scale and run it like it's your own:

• Manage and grow your desk end-to-end
• Proactively headhunt and engage high-quality talent
• Write strong, realistic job briefs and adverts
• Run the full lifecycle: screening, interviews, shortlisting, offers
• Build genuine client relationships by phone and face-to-face
• Win new business through delivery, referrals and trust

What you'll bring

• 1–2 years' experience as a 360 recruiter
• Perth / WA based
• Strong client relationship skills (phone and face-to-face)
• Ability to source across multiple industries
• Confidence managing briefs, adverts, interviews and placements
• An ownership mindset and drive to grow your desk
• Clear, consistent communication
