What do you need?

• Attitude – a good one. We don’t do workplace politics. As a team we want everyone to do there part in looking out for one another. The number one need we want from new employees is a connection to our values and a want to help us continue to maintain an employment ecosystem that is something we can all continue to be proud of.
• Drive- You need to be a self-motivator and someone with focus and effort who does their work in the hours available each day. We don’t need you to do overtime, in fact we would really prefer you don’t... ever, and we believe each employee deserves to leave each work day feeling acknowledgement and accomplishment in the consistent effort they made with their team.
• Recruitment experience – You will need to demonstrate over 5+ years successful recruitment experience in an agency setting doing a similar role, client account management and account development experience, candidate care and service, and understanding of QA recruitment selection processes and procedures.
• The right to work in Australia
• Proactive in decision making and providing of solutions to challenges outside your recruitment duties
• Demonstrated ability to work with Microsoft Suite and ideally, some Recruitment Software experience
