Project Scheduler

We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler with an active NV2 Security Clearance to support the planning, coordination, and scheduling of multiple project and program delivery activities.

Working closely with Project Managers, Program Managers, Delivery Leads, and client stakeholders, you will develop and maintain integrated project schedules, monitor delivery progress, identify risks and dependencies, and provide reporting that supports successful project outcomes. You will also contribute to selected bid and pursuit activities by developing delivery schedules and implementation plans.

Canberra-based candidates are preferred to support regular collaboration with delivery teams and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project and program schedules.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and schedule performance.
• Identify scheduling risks, issues, and impacts to delivery timelines.
• Produce schedule reports, dashboards, and status updates.
• Support governance meetings and project planning workshops.
• Coordinate schedule changes across multiple stakeholders.
• Assist with delivery planning for proposals and business development activities.

About You

• Active NV2 Security Clearance (essential).
• Experience scheduling complex ICT or government projects.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling methodologies and critical path analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project (Primavera P6 is advantageous).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
