Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this is a key role where you’ll bring your planning expertise to help shape how projects are delivered, ensuring alignment across teams and keeping work moving efficiently.

Working closely with Project Managers and delivery teams, you’ll play a critical role in developing, managing and maintaining project programmes. You’ll bring structure, visibility and insight to project performance, helping teams understand timelines, manage risks and deliver successful outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Develop, maintain and update project programmes to support delivery outcomes
  • Monitor progress, identify risks and highlight impacts to time and performance
  • Work closely with project teams to align planning with construction methodology
  • Support programme reviews, reporting and performance analysis
  • Facilitate planning sessions and workshops to drive collaboration across teams
  • Provide planning support across all phases of the project lifecycle

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Planner who brings experience in construction or infrastructure projects and understands how planning drives successful delivery. You’re confident working with project teams, interpreting data and providing clear, practical insights that support decision-making.

You take a structured, analytical approach and are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. You’re proactive, solution-focused and able to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.

You build strong relationships, collaborate effectively and take pride in supporting teams to deliver the best possible outcomes. You enjoy being part of a high-performing team and are always looking for better ways to plan, track and improve delivery.

This is a great opportunity to step into a role where you can influence project outcomes and continue to build your capability within a supportive and growing Construction business.
