The Group is seeking an experienced and innovative Paid Media & Amazon Support Specialist to support paid digital performance and Amazon marketplace activity across our growing portfolio of brands and markets. This hands-on role combines campaign execution, performance optimisation, creative coordination and Amazon support, working closely with our Digital and Operations teams to drive growth and maximise commercial performance.Β 

Key Responsibilities:Β  Β 

Paid Media

  • Build, launch, monitor, and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns across multiple brands and markets
  • Support campaigns across awareness, consideration, acquisition, conversion, and retargeting
  • Manage campaign setup, audiences, keywords, placements, budgets, creative, links, and tracking
  • Monitor performance and make regular optimisations across spend, targeting, bidding, and creative
  • Conduct campaign QA to ensure advertising, landing pages, product feeds, and tracking are functioning correctly
  • Stay informed about platform updates and emerging paid-media opportunities

Budgets and Performance

  • TrackΒ  paid-media budgets across brands, platforms, and markets
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly spend against approved budgets
  • Maintain accurate budget trackers and projected end-of-month spend
  • Identify and communicate potential underspend, overspend, or performance issues
  • Support budget reallocations based on performance, stock availability, promotional priorities, and commercial opportunities
  • Track key metrics including ROAS, MER, CPA, conversion rate, revenue, and customer acquisition

Paid Creative

  • Coordinate paid-media creative across internal teams and external partners
  • Develop clear creative briefs based on campaign priorities and performance insights
  • Create and adapt paid assets using Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar tools
  • Develop variations of static assets, carousels, short-form video, copy, headlines, and calls to action
  • Ensure creative meets platform requirements and brand guidelines
  • Support creative testing and identify when new assets are required

Campaign Coordination

  • Work closely with the operations and digital teams to align paid campaigns with product launches, deliveries, stock availability, promotional periods, and wider digital activity
  • Coordinate paid campaign timelines across multiple brands and markets
  • Gather campaign inputs, product information, promotional details, and creative assets from relevant teams
  • Communicate any stock, product-feed, tracking, or landing-page issues that may affect paid performance

Reporting and Insights

  • Assist with weekly and monthly paid-media performance reporting
  • Maintain accurate reporting dashboards and campaign trackers
  • Track results against campaign objectives, budgets, forecasts, and commercial targets
  • Identify trends and opportunities across audiences, products, creative, platforms, and markets
  • Provide clear insights to inform campaign optimisation, budget allocation, and creative development

Amazon Support

  • Create and process invoices, purchase orders, and related documentation related to Amazon Vendor accounts.Β 
  • Assist with preparing and coordinating shipments to Amazon Fulfillment Centers (FBA).
  • Monitor shipment status and communicate any delivery or receiving issues.
  • Support inventory tracking and stock replenishment activities.
  • Update and maintain product listings on Amazon Seller Central.
  • Assist with uploading product images, descriptions, keywords, and pricing updates.
  • Support Amazon Brand Store updates, including banners, product collections, and content changes.
  • Assist in creating and updating A+ Content.
  • Implement advertising campaign updates as instructed by the Amazon Lead.
  • Generate basic reports on sales, inventory, and advertising performance.
  • Support the setup of promotions, coupons, deals, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Monitor listing health and identify suppressed or inactive listings for correction.
  • Assist in responding to Amazon support cases and tracking resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate product, pricing, and marketplace records.
  • Coordinate with the warehouses to support order fulfillment.
  • Conduct competitor and pricing research as directed.
  • Support new product launches and catalog expansion projects.
  • Assist with customer review and feedback monitoring.
  • Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Perform general administrative duties and provide ad hoc support to the Amazon Marketplace Lead.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Qualification in marketing, digital communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience or a strong demonstrated interest in paid digital marketing, ideally within e-commerce or retail.
  • Eagerness to learn Amazon marketplace operations and digital advertising.
  • Experience using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is strongly preferred
  • Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central is strongly preferred
  • Understanding of paid-media metrics including ROAS, MER, CPA, CTR, CPM, CPC, and conversion rate
  • Strong numerical skills and confidence managing budgets, spreadsheets, and performance data
  • Experience creating or coordinating paid assets using Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms is advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple brands, accounts, budgets, and deadlines
  • A proactive, curious, and solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and follow established processes.
