What you’ll be doing

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of our Integrated and Managed Services business unit at Weipa site, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulators, representing REMONDIS locally.
• Lead the team and efficiently managing our solid and liquid waste logistics fleet, landfill and transfer station operations
• Be responsible for training and developing the team, safety and customer service excellence.
• Ensure cost effective operations and take accountability for operational financial performance.
• Provide the highest possible levels of client satisfaction, maximize contract profitability and expand our services.

• Proven management and hands-on leadership experience
• Strong background in waste industry or environmental knowledge
• HR driver license is required
