What you’ll be doing
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of our Integrated and Managed Services business unit at Weipa site, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulators, representing REMONDIS locally.
- Lead the team and efficiently managing our solid and liquid waste logistics fleet, landfill and transfer station operations
- Be responsible for training and developing the team, safety and customer service excellence.
- Ensure cost effective operations and take accountability for operational financial performance.
- Provide the highest possible levels of client satisfaction, maximize contract profitability and expand our services.
What you’ll bring

- Excellent communication and strong project management skills
- Proven management and hands-on leadership experience
- Strong background in waste industry or environmental knowledge
- HR driver license is required
