  • Work closely with Heads of Department and frontline leaders to support team performance, accountability and operational standards.
  • Ensure member feedback is addressed promptly, professionally and in line with brand expectations.
  • Maintain strong presentation, cleanliness and facility standards across all areas of the club.
  • Support operational planning, rostering oversight, team communication and workflow coordination.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing development of team members.
  • Facilitate team meetings, operational updates and performance conversations as required.
  • Support marketing, events and promotional activity to drive member engagement and community connection.
  • Maintain workplace health and safety standards, ensuring a safe, compliant and well-maintained environment for staff and members.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, service enhancement and operational efficiency.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly capable and people-focused leader who can balance premium service expectations with strong operational execution.

You will bring:

  • Previous experience in operations management, ideally within fitness, wellness, hospitality, luxury service, health or a similar high-volume customer-facing environment.
  • Strong leadership capability with the ability to guide, support and hold teams accountable.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to premium presentation and service standards.
  • Confidence working across multiple departments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for health, wellness and creating exceptional member experiences.
  • Sound business acumen and the ability to support operational, commercial and service outcomes.
