Operations Manager – Residential Construction

What You’ll Be Doing:<\/b>
<\/p>

• Overseeing operations across estimating, procurement, and pre\-construction
  <\/p><\/li>

• Improving systems and processes through Databuild and Onsite Companion
  <\/p><\/li>

• Creating efficiency at every stage to shorten build times and increase deal flow
  <\/p><\/li>

• Managing procurement, supplier relationships, and tender accuracy
  <\/p><\/li>

• Supporting estimators, schedulers, and admin team members to lift performance
  <\/p><\/li>

• Working closely with the director and construction manager to drive results
  <\/p><\/li>

• Identifying bottlenecks, building solutions, and maintaining accountability
  <\/p><\/li>

• Developing SOPs and improving workflow structures across departments
  <\/p><\/li> <\/ul>

  • Experienced in operations, estimating, and procurement
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Know Databuild and Onsite Companion to a professional level
    <\/p><\/li>

  • You understand how to streamline a pipeline from pre\-construction through to handover
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Thrive on building processes, improving workflows, and holding a high standard
    <\/p><\/li>

  • <\/p>

    Enjoy coaching teams to operate faster and more effectively.
    <\/div>

    You’re a doer, not a spectator
    <\/div>

    <\/p><\/li>

  • Bring strong relationships across suppliers, trades, and consultants
    <\/p><\/li>

  • <\/p>

    Worked in high\-volume residential construction and know how big builders move.
    <\/div>

    You can see bottlenecks instantly and have the experience to remove them
    <\/div>
