We are pleased to invite applications for the permanent position of Operations Manager at Jemalong Station, located near Forbes in Central New South Wales. You will be joining a team of eight full-time staff, supported by additional casual employees during seeding and harvest.
About the Role:
Working closely with the Farm Manager, you will assist with the daily operations of a large mixed farming aggregation.

You will have:
- Experience in dryland and irrigated broadacre cropping, including the operation of associated plant, machinery and systems.
- Strong leadership skills with a people and safety-focused approach, including staff and contractor management experience.
- Proficient in computer systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
- High attention to detail across all aspects of the operations, including accurate record keeping.
Accreditations:
- Preferred but not essential – agricultural degree or diploma
- A current driver’s license and heavy vehicle license[RH1.1][NJ1.2]
- Chemical Users Accreditation
- Current First Aid certificate or willingness to complete
